Bacchante Grape Garnet and Diamond Ring
Named for the followers of Bacchus, the Roman god of wine, this delicate ring is, appropriately, set with a rather rare variety of rhodolite garnet known as grape garnet. With a color leaning more towards cool-toned purple than the deep reds that garnets are known for, it exhibits a very slight color change effect, going from cool to warm tones depending on the lighting. This stone exhibits exceptional luster and fire, and is nearly eye-clean, with minimal inclusions. It is adorned with two vintage brilliant cut diamonds.
The setting is entirely hand fabricated using wire and sheet made in-studio, starting from pure 24k gold grain.
Fits a US size 7
