Vintage Jade, Pearl and Pink Sapphire 14k Butterfly Pin
Likely Chinese, from the middle of the 20th century, this extremely charming pin features a glowing body made of “moss on snow” jade, a glowing cultured pearl, and brilliant little pink sapphire eyes. The body, antennae and wings are made from carefully formed and engraved 14k gold.
There is no maker’s hallmark, but the piece does bear a 14k purity stamp. Measures approximately 1.5” x 1.25” and fastens with a C clasp.
