Refund policy

I want you to feel completely in love with your new piece of jewelry. Each item is handmade with care and intention, from alloying all of my gold in-studio to fabricating each and every component by hand, and I stand behind the quality of my work.

That said, because of the handmade and often one-of-a-kind nature of my pieces, I do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, I do offer exchanges and am always happy to work with you to make sure you are happy with your Moon Honey purchase.

Exchanges are available within 10 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. If your piece arrives damaged or you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I will always do my best to make things right.
