A beautiful example of how the concept of jewelry extended even to everyday items, this late Victorian era silver buckle is a piece of practical adornment. Featuring a motif of mirrored cornucopia holding fruit, it is the perfect accessory for holding a wide velvet sash or a soft leather belt.
Buckle measures 3 5/8" tall and 2 3/8" at its widest point. It is in fantastic condition with a very minor break to the silver (shown in photo and barely visible from the front).
