Hands are an enduring protective symbol, ever-present in the history of jewelry motifs. Seen here in mixed silver and gold, holding aloft luminescent vintage Australian opal pendants with vintage untreated Burmese ruby accents, each hand is wearing its own piece of jewelry. Untreated rubies are very hard to find, as most rubies are, at the very least, heat treated to create more saturated colors. These earrings are made from a combination of sterling silver, 14k yellow gold and 18k yellow gold.

All gold is 100% recycled, and alloyed from pure 24k in studio. All silver is 100% recycled.
